About

Judith Li-Kaiser, Founder & Facilitator
Prior to becoming a mom in December 2024, I had nearly a decade of experience running social initiatives in education and entrepreneurship, including many fellowships. When I took parental leave, I envisioned returning to work to be a simple equation: pre-baby life + baby. I did not expect the fundamental paradigm shift awaiting me. Life has become a juggling act to survive, while the world around me moves with brutal speed and high expectations. I decided to launch this initiative to create a space for women like me to take control of our lives and progress with all the support we can get.

Saskia Moabi, Facilitator
I’m a mum of three lively little humans. My professional heart beats for building a world in which human can flourish and we keep our environment safe and alive. My personal life is a dance across continents, with family stretched between Germany and Lesotho. I’ve faced my fair share of losing focus, carrying the invisible mental load, and having zero time to breathe, let alone reflect. Training as a yoga teacher has been one of the most grounding choices I’ve made, giving me the space and calm I didn’t even realize I was missing. I’m excited to connect with other women and working mums who are navigating their own transformations.
